Roadmap for Growth

Phase 1 proved our lean model works. Our next steps are already under way:

1. Southeast Asia Expansion – Extend delivery coverage beyond Singapore to the rest of the region, beginning with Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Brunei and Vietnam.
2. Additional Origin Markets – Add new source countries (e.g., UK, Japan, Australia) once regional inbound lanes are stable.
3. Smart Consolidation & Returns – Roll out AI driven parcel consolidation options and a simplified international returns program.
