   Customers must sign up via our website and use provided warehouse addresses located in the US and other international regions for receiving their shipments. Customers agree to provide accurate and truthful personal information and shipment details.

2. Compliance and Responsibility
   Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Items ordered comply with Singapore law and customs regulations.
• Accurate declaration of shipment value and contents.
• Timely payment of applicable GST, permits, advance fees, duties, and any additional taxes or fees required under Singapore law.
• DestPro is not responsible for the content inside the packaging, and customers must ensure an accurate description of the content.

3. Shipping Charges and Fees
   Shipping rates, optional insurance, GST administration charges, and restricted item handling fees are clearly posted and regularly updated on the DestPro website. Customers must review these charges before using the provided warehouse addresses. Shipping rates may change periodically, and peak period surcharges will be clearly communicated at the time of payment. Customers using our warehouse addresses implicitly accept and agree to the displayed charges and shall not dispute these charges.
4. Loss and Damage Liability
   DestPro’s liability for loss or damage due to handling is limited to a maximum of SGD100 or the declared value of the goods, whichever is lower. Customers are encouraged to consider additional insurance options available at the time of order.
5. Restricted and Prohibited Items
   Customers must not order items listed as restricted or prohibited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Singapore Customs. Please refer to the following resources:

6. Customs Duties and Fees
   Dutiable goods will be assessed by the Customs Authority, and the amount payable can only be made known after Customs shares this information with DestPro. DestPro will provide the necessary documentation before payment can be made.
7. Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

   In the course of fulfilling our logistics services, DestPro may engage authorized third-party partners, including but not limited to customer service call centers, first mile pickup agents, customs clearance providers, and last-mile delivery service providers. For the sole purpose of performing these operational tasks, relevant personal data—such as the recipient’s name, address, contact number, and order details—may be shared with these partners.All partners are contractually obligated to use the data only for the intended service purpose, and in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). DestPro takes reasonable measures to ensure that all such parties adhere to appropriate standards of confidentiality and data protection.By using our service, you consent to such data disclosures solely for the purpose of fulfilling your shipment.

8. Amendments to Terms
   DestPro reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Customers will be informed of significant changes via email or through website notifications. Continued use of DestPro services after amendments constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
